Starting point
The hotel has around 20 staff. Many tasks come up every week: answering guest enquiries, writing offers for celebrations and conferences, coordinating between reception, housekeeping and kitchen. The team wanted to use AI but was not sure where it would actually help. It was also unclear which guest data could be entered into which tool.
Approach
Several days on site at reception, in the office and in operations showed how work actually gets done. Together with the team, a list emerged of where AI saves time and where it does not belong. This led to a written AI guideline, custom MCP servers that let AI assistants access internal data, and training for the team.
What was delivered
Time on site
Several days at the hotel to learn the workflows before suggesting anything.
AI guideline
Written down: which data may go into which tools, and what AI is used for.
Custom MCP servers
AI assistants use them to access internal documents and systems in a controlled way.
Training
Small groups, with examples from their own daily work.
